BRIDS menyelenggarakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) pada
Jumat, 14 April 2023. Rapat tersebut dihadiri oleh perwakilan Pemegang Saham
Perusahaan, yaitu PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI) yang diwakili oleh Ibu
Handayani selaku Direktur Bisnis Konsumer dan PT Danareksa (Persero) yang diwakili
oleh oleh Bapak Muhammad Teguh Wirahadikusumah selaku Direktur Keuangan,
beserta seluruh Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi BRIDS.
BRIDS conducted its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Friday,
April 14 , 2023. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Company's

Shareholders, namely PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI) represented
by Mrs. Handayani as Director of Consumer Business and PT Danareksa (Persero)
represented by Mr. Muhammad Teguh Wirahadikusumah as Director of Finance,
along with the entire Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors of BRIDS.

Sebagai bagian dari upaya ekspansi bisnis retail brokerage Perusahaan, BRIDS
menyelenggarakan peresmian kantor baru BRIDS yang berlokasi di Wisma GKBI
Jakarta, sekaligus memberikan donasi kepada Yayasan Yatim-Piatu Dhuafa Al
Futuwwah Cipete, Jakarta.
As part of the Company's retail brokerage business expansion efforts, BRIDS
inaugurated the new BRIDS office located at Wisma GKBI Jakarta and donated to the
Yatim-Piatu Dhuafa Al Futuwwah Foundation Cipete, Jakarta.

BRIDS menyelenggarakan Town Hall Meeting Kuartal 1 2023 yang dihadiri oleh
seluruh Direksi dan Pegawai BRIDS, yang ditujukan untuk menyampaikan update
kinerja dan pencapaian Perusahaan, serta sebagai wadah komunikasi dua arah
antara manajemen dan Pegawai.
BRIDS held a Town Hall Meeting for the 1 quarter of 2023, which was attended by

Company's performance and achievements, as well as to create a forum for two-
