KINERJA BRIDS menjadikan pengelolaan lingkungan sebagai topik keberlanjutan yang penting karena Perusahaan
KEBERLANJUTAN dan misi keuangan berkelanjutan Perusahaan dan diatur dalam Keputusan Direksi tentang Rencana Aksi
berkomitmen untuk menerapkan prinsip bisnis berkelanjutan. Komitmen ini telah tercantum dalam visi
Keuangan Berkelanjutan PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas (KD.06/BRIDS/11/2022) yang mengacu pada Undang-
Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan dan Peraturan Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan Nomor 51/POJK.03/2017 tentang Penerapan Keuangan Berkelanjutan Bagi Lembaga Jasa
Keuangan, Emiten, dan Perusahaan Publik.
Melalui program Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan Hidup (TJSL) Perusahaan dan program
membangun budaya keberlanjutan, sepanjang tahun 2022 BRIDS telah melakukan pengelolaan energi
(listrik) dan penghematan kertas. Untuk pengelolaan dan efisiensi air, saat ini belum masuk dalam lingkup
perhitungan dan pengelolaan Perusahaan. Pengelolaan lingkungan BRIDS berada di bawah koordinasi
President Director, Divisi Business Strategi & Development, dan Divisi General Affair. [OJK F.8]
Dengan penerapan komitmen lingkungan yang baik, selama tahun 2022, tidak terdapat pengaduan
atau keluhan yang diterima Perusahaan terkait dengan masalah lingkungan, sehingga pada tahun 2022
Perusahaan tidak mendapatkan denda maupun sanksi non-moneter atas pelanggaran terhadap undang-
undang dan peraturan di bidang lingkungan.

BRIDS makes environmental management an important sustainability issue because the Company is
committed to implementing sustainable business principles. This commitment is part of the Company’s
vision and mission of sustainable finance and is regulated by the Director’s Decree related to PT BRI
Danareksa Sekuritas Sustainable Finance Action Plan (KD.06/BRIDS/11/2022), pursuant to the Law
Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management and FSA Regulation No. 51/
POJK.03/2017 regarding the Implementation of Sustainable Finance for Financial Services Institutions,
Issuers and Public Companies.
Throughout 2022, as part of the Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program as well
as program to build a culture of sustainability, BRIDS has implemented energy management (electricity)
and paper savings. However, water management and efficiency were not included in the Company’s scope

of calculation and management. The environmental management of BRIDS is coordinated by President
Director, the Business Strategy & Development Division and the General Affair Division. [OJK F.8]
related to environmental issues. Therefore, the Company does not receive any monetary fines or penalties
