Management, menyelenggarakan BRI Group Economic Forum 2021
dengan tema "Indonesia Economic Recovery, Opportunity In The
Time of Pandemic"

As a manifestation of BRI’s commitment to providing the best
services to Customers, BRI along with subsidiaries that are BRI Group
members, namely BRI Danareksa Sekuritas and Danareksa
Investment Management, held the BRI Group Economic Forum 2021
with the theme “Indonesia Economic Recovery, Opportunity In The
Time of Pandemic”.

PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas (BRIDS) telah menyelenggarakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) pada Selasa 13 April
2021. Rapat tersebut dihadiri oleh perwakilan Pemegang Saham Perusahaan, yaitu PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI)
yang diwakili oleh Bapak Amam Sukriyanto selaku Direktur Bisnis Kecil dan Menengah dan Ibu Rustarti Suri Pertiwi selaku SVP Head
of Investor Relation dan PT Danareksa (Persero) yang diwakili oleh oleh Bapak Muhammad Teguh Wirahadikusumah selaku Direktur
Keuangan dan Bapak R.M. Irwan selaku Direktur SDM dan Hukum, serta seluruh Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris BRIDS.

PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas (BRIDS)’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) was held on Thursday, April 13, 2021. The
meeting was attended by the representative of the Company’s shareholders, namely PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI)
represented by Mr. Amam Sukriyanto as the Director of Small and Medium Business as well as Mrs. Rustarti Suri Pertiwi as the SVP
Head of Investor Relation; and PT Danareksa (Persero) represented by Mr. Muhammad Teguh Wirahadikusumah as the Director
of Finance and Mr. R.M. Irwan as the Director of HR and Law, as well as all the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of
BRIDS.
