Introduce BRIGHTS Investment Opening Account via BRImo, BRI Danareksa Wins ICAII 2023

The IDX Channel Anugerah Inovasi Indonesia (ICAII) 2023 event awarded Special Awards to PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas (BRIDS) for its innovation in the field of products and business models.

The award was given for BRIDS' initiative in making it easier for people to invest through the BRIDS Great Hybrid Trading System (BRIGHTS) application service, as well as the Company's innovation in synergy with PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) in presenting investment account openings through the BRImo super apps.

The award was received directly by the Senior Executive Vice President Retail & Information Technology BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, Fifi Virgantria, during the ICAII 2023 award presentation procession, which was held at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) Building, Jakarta, Wednesday (20/9/2023).

"With full support from the parent bank, namely BRI, we have developed an application to (make it easier) to open an investment account, which is integrated with BRI's mobile banking service, namely BRImo," said Fifi, after presenting the award.

By giving this award, according to Fifi, it is also an acknowledgment that the existence of BRIGHTS as an innovation for the future can really make it easier for the younger generation and professional traders to invest better in the Indonesian capital market.

Therefore, Fifi explained, this award also motivates the BRI Danareksa Sekuritas Team to be able to present the best applications, to support millennials or the younger generation in investing.

"Because of that, we think this event (ICAAI 2023) is excellent because it is also a form of appreciation for companies like us. So, hopefully in the future IDX Channel can hold more events like this," said Fifi.

BRIDS President Director Laksono Widodo, on the other hand, also said that this innovation is expected to positively influence the Company's performance.

"We hope that this innovation can not only increase the number of customers but can also have a positive impact on the performance of the Company's securities brokerage in the future," concluded Laksono
