Information on Changes in Composition of BRI Danareksa Sekuritas Board of Commissioners

We hereby inform you that based on the Decision of the Shareholders of PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas (the “Company”) dated August 12, 2022, there has been a change in the composition of the Board of Commissioners as stated in Deed Number 67 dated August 12, 2022 drawn up before Jose Dima Satria, SH., Notary in Jakarta and has received a Letter of Acceptance of Notification of Changes in Company Data from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (HAM) of the Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-AH.01.09-0043524 dated August 12, 2022, as follows:

• Approved the resignation of Mr. SOEHANDJONO from his position as Commissioner effective as of August 12, 2022
• Approved the appointment of Mr. R. MUHAMMAD IRWAN as Commissioner of the Company effective August 12, 2022

The Company would like to thank all the contributions of Mr. Soehandjono's energy and thoughts during his tenure in this position. The Company also congratulates Mr. R. Muhammad Irwan, wishing him success in carrying out the mandate and duties at BRI Danareksa Sekuritas.
