As reported by Alpha Southeast Asia, to be able to win an award at the 18th Annual Best Financial Institutions Awards 2024, the Company is not only assessed based on good performance records during the period May 2023 to April 2024 but also based on how strong its liquidity and capital position are, considering the dramatic changes in the operational environment over the past 18 months.
BRIDS President Director Laksono Widodo appreciated the award given by Alpha Southeast Asia. According to him, this award was achieved thanks to the Company's good financial advisory service performance in the last 12 months, where BRIDS' financial advisory services contributed 30% to revenue, up from the same period in 2022 by 21%.
"Over the past year, BRIDS has succeeded in completing more than 25 advisory projects with a total project valuation of more than IDR 50 trillion. This achievement is certainly proof of the Company's commitment and strong position as a trusted financial advisory service provider that always provides solutions to clients' financial planning needs in the Indonesian capital market," said Laksono.
For information, during the assessment period, BRIDS succeeded in supporting the completion of various strategic projects such as the divestment of PT Waskita Toll Road (WTR) shares of 25% in PT Trans Jabar Toll (TJT) to PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (SMI) with a total transaction value of up to IDR 750 billion. In addition, the Company also supports the acquisition process of 803 towers of PT Gametraco Tunggal (Gametraco) by PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL) with a total transaction value of up to IDR1.75 trillion.

"As of June 2024, the Company has completed 12 financial advisory projects with a total transaction value of up to IDR3.8 trillion.
