BRI Danareksa Sekuritas Holds Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2024

BRI Danareksa Sekuritas (BRIDS) held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for the 2023 financial year to make important decisions for the 2023 financial year as stipulated in the Company's Articles of Association and applicable laws and regulations.

The meeting was attended by the Board of Commissioners and Directors of BRIDS, and attended by representatives of Shareholders consisting of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (IDX: BBRI) and PT Danareksa (Persero), and attended by a Notary to ensure that the parties are given legal certainty and that the deed of statement of GMS decisions produced is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
