Broker Code Abolition and Pre-Closing Adjustments

In connection with the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Number Kep-00061/BEI/07-2021 dated July 23, 2021, regarding Rule Number II-A concerning Trading of Equity Securities, we hereby inform you that the Adjustment of the Mechanism of Trading in Equity Securities (Pre-Closing) ) and Broker Code Closure will take effect on December 6, 2021.

The Pre-Closing adjustment is aimed at encouraging the formation of a more reasonable Closing Price. The abolition of the Broker Code is carried out as a form of investor protection from herding behavior in the market.
