BRI Danareksa Sekuritas ("BRIDS") acts as a financial advisor in the successful strategic transformation of Mining Industry Holding and the establishment of PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (Persero) as the new business name of MIND ID after previously being named PT Indonesia Asahan Alumunium (Persero) or Inalum.

This transformation aims to allow MIND ID to focus as a strategic holding company, which will further improve the performance of the Group and accelerate the contribution of the mining industry holding to Indonesia.

In this transaction, the BRIDS Investment Banking Advisory team played an important role in assisting MIND ID in a transformation process that had never been done before, involving the transfer of significant assets and liabilities from the holding function.
