BRIDS Records Significant Increase in Underwriting and Targets IPO of 4 Stocks in 2025

Jakarta, February 12, 2025 – BRI Danareksa Sekuritas (BRIDS), one of the leading securities companies in Indonesia and a subsidiary of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (IDX: BBRI) recorded significant growth in its Investment Banking services, especially for debt underwriting services throughout 2024. The company has succeeded in increasing the number of clients and transactions, strengthening its position in the Indonesian capital market, and targeting four stock IPOs in 2025 as part of its growth strategy.
BRIDS recorded a number of important achievements during 2024. The number of clients for debt issuance transactions experienced a significant increase of 44% or 36 clients compared to 2023 with 25 clients. Meanwhile, the increase in the number of client transactions for debt issuance handled also experienced an exponential increase of 86% to 53 transactions, compared to 2023 with 38 transactions.
The company also recorded a significant increase in the total value of bond and sukuk underwriting of IDR14.6 trillion in 2024, up from IDR9.9 trillion in 2023 or around 47%. Thanks to this good performance, BRIDS managed to move up in the rankings in bond, sukuk and stock underwriting in 2024 by occupying the fourth position in the bond & sukuk underwriting table and occupying the sixth position in the stock IPO underwriting table based on data from Bloomberg. Thanks to this achievement, BRIDS has succeeded in winning various prestigious international recognitions and awards from Alpha Southeast Asia, The Asset and Islamic Finance News.

In 2024, BRIDS recorded the largest Government Bond Brokerage transaction value among securities companies of IDR 275 trillion and was in first place in the Bloomberg league table. In addition, in terms of Corporate Bond Brokerage, BRIDS also recorded the largest transaction value among securities companies of IDR 49 trillion and was in first place in the Bloomberg league table. This achievement strengthens BRIDS' role in expanding access to financing for corporations and encouraging investor participation in the Indonesian capital market.
