BRI Danareksa Sekuritas Holds 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS)

BRI Danareksa Sekuritas (BRIDS) has held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2022 Fiscal Year with the Company's Shareholders consisting of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI) and PT Danareksa (Persero) on June 14, 2023.

The meeting was attended by the BRIDS Board of Commissioners and Directors and also Mrs. Handayani as BRI Consumer Business Director and Mr. Muhammad Teguh Wirahadikusumah as Danareksa's Director of Finance and Risk Management, who represented the Company's Shareholders.
