BRI Danareksa Sekuritas Becomes Underwriter for MTEL IPO

BRI Danareksa Sekuritas acts as the underwriter for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk or Mitratel, which was conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Monday, November 22, 2021. The issuer with the stock code MTEL becomes the 41st listed company on the IDX this year.

Mitratel is the largest telecommunications tower company in Indonesia in terms of the number of telecommunication towers owned and managed. All of the Company's operations are run and operated independently.

Mitratel releases an offering price of Rp800 per share by releasing 229 million new shares with a nominal value of Rp228 per share, which represents 27.63 percent of the paid-up capital after the initial public offering. The acquisition of IPO funds that will be obtained by the Company is Rp. 18.34 trillion.
