BRI Danareksa and BRI Collaborate to Launch Investment Services at BRI's Priority Center

Jakarta, March 25, 2025 – Indonesia’s capital market continues to show significant growth, with the number of Capital Market Single Investor Identifications (SID) increasing by 22%, from 12.17 million to 14.84 million SIDs as of December 27, 2024. This reflects a rapid increase in financial inclusion. In line with this positive growth, PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas (BRIDS) and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI) are joining forces to expand investment access by offering their flagship services at BRI Priority Service Centers located in various cities across Indonesia. This initiative supports the government’s goal of enhancing digital financial inclusion and promoting economic growth through the capital market.
BRIDS is offering this integrated investment service to over 160,000 BRI Priority customers across Indonesia. The service is currently available at 24 BRI Priority Service Centers and will continue expanding throughout 2025. Through this synergy, prospective investors will receive direct, comprehensive assistance from BRIDS Relationship Managers (RMs) in areas such as investment education, securities account opening, and personalized investment strategies tailored to each investor’s risk profile.
Supporting Investment Ecosystem Growth and Financial Literacy
In an official statement, BRIDS President Director Laksono Widodo stated that the services offered at BRI Priority Service Centers are a tangible step by BRIDS in expanding capital market reach throughout Indonesia. The presence of BRIDS Relationship Managers will make it easier for customers to understand investment products such as mutual funds, stocks, and bonds, all of which are available through the BRIGHTS by BRI Danareksa Sekuritas application—a "One-Stop Financial Solution" that is easily accessible.
“At this initial stage, with RMs placed in 24 BRI Priority Service Centers, BRIDS will begin serving around 80%—or up to 130,000—of BRI Priority customers across Indonesia. This year, the company aims to offer a complete investment service experience to customers at 38 BRI Priority Service Centers nationwide, to support broader access, literacy, and inclusion in investment for the Indonesian public,” Laksono explained.
With BRIDS’ presence at these centers, customers can now enjoy exclusive services and direct guidance from investment experts. This service enables clients to explore a variety of investment options tailored to their individual needs and financial goals.
Advancing Financial Literacy with Digital Support
BRIDS also places strong emphasis on improving financial literacy. Through its digital-based investment and educational services, BRIDS supports the National Financial Literacy Movement (GENCARKAN) initiated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). As the number of capital market investors increases each year, BRIDS' education strategies and digital innovations continue to contribute to better financial literacy among Indonesians.
Digital Technology to Maximize Investment Potential
As of December 27, 2024, total assets recorded at KSEI rose to IDR 8,176 trillion, in line with increases in the Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) and market capitalization. There was also a rise in mutual fund assets under management (AUM), which reached IDR 809 trillion. With the investment ecosystem becoming increasingly sophisticated, BRIDS and BRI are committed to offering innovative and accessible solutions. Through the BRI Priority Service Centers and the BRIGHTS application, customers can discover various investment opportunities tailored to their preferences for long-term financial well-being.
As part of its digital transformation, the BRIGHTS by BRI Danareksa Sekuritas app is designed to enhance investors' trading and investing experience with a variety of premium features and research programs—all accessible with a single tap on a mobile device. With two modes—BRIGHTS Easy for beginners and BRIGHTS Pro for seasoned investors—the app provides flexibility to meet diverse user needs. One of BRIGHTS' standout features is its ability to automatically optimize returns through SmartInvest, Yuk Nabung Saham, and the Investment Plan feature. This automation empowers investors to apply efficient investment strategies without needing to constantly monitor the market, making BRIGHTS a practical solution for those seeking a more comfortable and guided investment journey.
