Branch Manager

Requirements:

• Graduate from a reputable university (Bachelor’s degree)
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position (capital market/banking sector), with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
• Possession of a WPPE License (Securities Broker-Dealer Representative)
• Professional, hardworking, and disciplined
• Target-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical abilities, leadership qualities, and experience in mentoring
• Creative and proactive in problem-solving

Job Description:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships and cooperation with the BRI Group
• Responsible for achieving branch targets, including P/L, equity transactions, mutual funds, bonds, and increasing the client base
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and industry regulations
• Drive branch productivity and performance
• Develop and oversee effective sales strategies
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients
